You will enjoy the Royal Palace of Madrid and the Almudena Cathedral. They are both very old and with stunning architecture. Madrid gives you the chance to do outdoor activities. You can walk the stunning Retiro Park. In this park, you will notice a rose garden and lake where you can rent row boats. There are also the Palacio de Cristal and the Temple of Debod.
Spring and fall are the best months to explore Madrid because of the weather. The summer gets too hot for a city break. Within the European capital of Madrid, you can also indulge your food cravings by trying local delicasies like, churros with hot chocolate and cocido madrileño.
