Little Caye Bokel is an island in Belize and is home to Turneffe Island Resort, the only resort on the island. The resort can accommodate up to 46 guests at a time.
The Island resort does allow kids, but it is not an easy trip. A direct flight from the U.S. to Belize can take as long as 9 hours, and then it is necessary to take a small boat to Little Caye Bokel. A small boat ride like that could be a little scary for younger kids.
As the hotel stay is not very cheap starting at $1,500 for three nights and one person, there are some resort activities included at no additional cost like beach volleyball, kayaking, and snorkeling. There is also a beach bar on the island giving you an opportunity to relax even more.
